Dimensional Hair Studio's New Guest Profile                          and Pre-Visit Information
It is a pleasure to meet you! Thank you for completing our New Guest Profile. This will help us to guarantee your best possible experience from your first visit and for future appointments. This profile will be kept securely in your on-line profile and reviewed before appointments. Once you book your appointment you will get a conformation e-mail or text confirming this appointment. If you don't receive the conformation please reach out to us. 

Once at the salon please check in and then turn right where you will find our reception area with a full refreshment bar. Please help yourself. The reception staff will let your stylists know you are here and ready for your service. The restroom is on the left side of the salon towards the back. 

We do have commentary wi-fi and some magazines for so you can get work done or catch up on your reading. We look forward to seeing you soon and please let any of our staff know if you have any questions or need assistance with anything.

Service Re-Do & Retail Return Policy:

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your service, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct any issues with no additional charges.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept a retail exchange with a 20% restocking fee. This return needs to happen within 7 days of purchase with the receipt.

Appointment Cancellation, No Shows, and Late Policy:
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for every guest, we do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you cancel your appointment with less notice or NO SHOW, a $100.00 charge for chemical services and a full charge for haircuts and style services. Cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment will be scheduled. We allow a 15 minute grace period for lateness with an adjustment if we continue with the service. If later then that we will need to reschedule do to other guest's appointment scheduled after you.

Capes and Smocks: 
Both capes and smocks are provided to protect your clothing and tables for your personal effects. Please know we will try our best to protect your garments but things do happen unexpectedly, Understand if you choose not to change into a smock Dimensional Hair Studio holds NO liability.
