Studio Policies 
Running Late:
Lateness may cause an abbreviated service appointment in order to be respectful of other guest's schedules. Lateness resulting in a window longer than 10-15 minute, will need to be rescheduled. Please notify us and we will do our best to try to accommodate a new time. Please understand this is a shortened appointment but at a full service cost.


No Show/ No Call:
Clients who NO SHOW with no communication WILL be required to pay a fee of 100% of that missed appointment. Clients can pay at their next appointment.  If this happens more then once NO future appointments will be taken without full payment before your appointment can be made.
We respectfully ask to give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. We understand that  things come up last minute with Covid so at least 4 hours are needed in this case.
FIRST TIME: TRUE EMERGENCY... FREEBIE but after that it will result in 75% of the service fee. 
Confirming Your Appointment:
Please confirm your appointment when Vagaro sends you the reminder email or text message. NOT confirming your appointment could result in losing that time slot. Clients who confirm their appointment but then NO SHOW will result in a 75% rebooking fee before any future appointment. 
All Fees:
All fees for Late Cancellation, NO Show, or Confirm with no show must be paid at the time of your next service on top of that days service fee.
Retail Products:
If the product is unopened you may return it for a refund or exchange with in 48 hours of purchase. Any longer then 48 hours will result in non refund.
Protect Your Investment:
 If clients do not use salon professional products for at home care and if not purchased from the salon, we can not guarantee your longevity of your hair color service or the condition results from products bought elsewhere for any reason once you leave the salon.
Hair Service Refund Policy:

All refunds will only be given if client and stylist can not agree on doing a redo appointment

There are special circumstances that I will agree to refunding either partial or full amount of services rendered when each party believes it's best to part ways respectfully and on good terms. Once the refund is issued you agree to not leave any bad comments, reviews, or slander Dimensional Hair Studio, Inc. or our staff in anyway per our agreement to part ways.

Redo Policy: 

Please contact the salon within 48 hrs if unhappy with any services, sometimes small adjustments need to be made. Color clients will be subjected to additional cost of color if they change mind on original hair color.

 Social Media Pictures:

Before & Afters are used for social media, website, & marketing. When asked if its ok to take your picture that gives me consent to post them. If you want you can share and tag yourself.
If you don't want your face shown just let me know.

Payments of Services:

All payments of services must be paid at time of appointment. No check holds for any future dates.
We accepts Cash, Checks, and all major Debit or Credit Cards Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Amex. All checks that are returned due to insufficient funds, will be charged any fees occurred from either banking institution. If you forget your wallet, card declines, bad check & I have to send you and invoice to pay for your hair services there will be a $15 service charge for this payment option. All invoices must be paid within a timely matter. Any invoice that is paid after 12 hours of original appointment time will result in a $50 late fee for each day that it is not paid.​​

Gratuities are never expected but greatly appreciated. If possible, we would prefer cash, but gratuities can be added to your credit card for a seamless experience. In addition, we will also be accepting electronic gratuities through Venmo and  Zelle.
Cell Phones:
For your convenience a charging station is provided however, please be mindful of other client's surrounding you. Please be sure to silence your cell phone while in the studio for a more relaxing experience 
Only Dimensional Hair Studio has access to client information. This information is not saved at any time without client knowledge, and your information will never be sold or shared
