Service Re-Do & Retail Return Policy:
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your service, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct any issues with no additional charges.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept a retail exchange with a 20% restocking fee. This return needs to happen within 7 days of purchase with the receipt.

Appointment Cancellation, No Shows, and Late Policy:
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for every guest, we do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you cancel your appointment with less notice or NO SHOW, a $75.00 charge for chemical services and a full charge for haircuts and style services. Cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment will be scheduled. We allow a 15 minute grace period for lateness with an adjustment if we continue with the service. If later then that we will need to reschedule do to other guest's appointment scheduled after you.
Capes and Smocks:
Both capes and smocks are provided to protect your clothing and tables for your personal effects. Please know we will try our best to protect your garments but things do happen unexpectedly, Understand if you choose not to change into a smock Dimensional Hair Studio holds NO liability.
