We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your service, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct any issues with no additional charges.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept a retail exchange for another product of the same or less value.This return needs to happen within 7 days of purchase with the receipt.

Appointment Cancellation, No Shows, and Late Policy:
To continue providing the best scheduling options for every guest, we require 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less notice or no-shows may result in a $75.00 charge for chemical services and a 50% charge for haircuts and styling services. The cancellation fee applies and must be paid before scheduling a new appointment. We allow a 15-minute grace period for lateness; beyond that, we may need to reschedule due to subsequent appointments scheduled for other guests.
