Arrive Tangle -Free: please arrive with your hair free of tangles, braids, extensions of any kind, or any tight hairstyles prior to your appointment.

Wash-Free Hair: For optimal results, please refrain from washing your hair for at least two days before you appoinment.

No Chemical Service 1 week prior and 1 week post chemical service.

Medications: Since your overall hair health is important to us, knowing your medication helps us taylor the service to best support your hair and scalp needs.
