My journey in the beauty industry began as a shampoo assistant and apprentice, where I quickly discovered a passion for the industry and knew I wanted to learn more. Eager to move forward, I enrolled in cosmetology school and began my career as a licensed cosmetologist, working in hair, makeup, and nails throughout the 1980s.
As my career evolved, so did my love for learning. In the 1990s, I expanded my expertise into skincare and waxing, allowing me to offer an even more well-rounded approach to beauty and client care. In 2008, I opened my own salon, which I later sold when my family relocated to North Carolina.
After returning home to Maryland to help care for aging parents, I continued to build on my education and experience. I became a Senior Cosmetologist and expanded my focus into aesthetics and lash artistry, earning advanced certifications in lash lifting and extensions, classic lashes, American Volume, NovaLash, Mega Volume, and lash education and instruction.
With decades of experience behind me, I still believe there is always something new to learn. What began with shampooing and assisting has grown into a lifelong career centered around beauty, education, and helping clients look and feel their best.

Taylor comes to Dimensional Hair Studio with 17 years of experience in this wonderful industry.
With a warm presence and a deep understanding of both client care and hair artistry, Taylor brings a unique dual role to Dimensional Hair Studio. As our Signature Stylist & Guest Experience Coordinator, she ensures every guest feels seen, heard, and beautifully styled from the moment they walk through our doors.
Taylor holds a cosmetology license and brings years of industry knowledge to the chair, now offering select appointments each week for those looking for a personalized, elevated salon experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of our team—both at the front desk and behind the chair.
​Kayla Figueroa
Guest Experience Coordinator & Shampoo Support Specialist
Kayla has been part of the Dimensional Hair Studio team for the past year and is getting ready to begin her senior year of high school. She began with us at the front desk, where she quickly became a welcoming and dependable part of our guests’ experience. Eager to learn more about the industry, Kayla expanded her role by learning shampoo support and continues to step in and help our stylists whenever needed.
Kind, respectful, and always willing to lend a hand, Kayla is now back at the front desk while looking ahead to her future. After graduation, she plans to pursue her esthetician license and continue growing within the beauty industry. We love having Kayla as part of the Dimensional team and watching her journey in the industry begin.

Samantha brings over a decade of experience in the hair industry and a deeply nurturing touch to every guest she serves. As our Head Spa Associate & Shampoo Support Specialist, she sets the tone for relaxation and luxury from the very first moment at the bowl.
Trained in advanced scalp care and therapeutic techniques, Samantha is a key part of our Scalp Spa Experience—creating soothing, personalized rituals that promote both hair health and total well-being. Whether preparing your hair for a color service or delivering a stress-relieving head massage, Samantha's intuitive approach elevates the guest experience.
Her calm energy, expertise, and attention to detail make her an essential part of the Dimensional Hair Studio team.
Being from Peru, Samantha brings both English and Spanish communication skills to create a welcoming and comfortable experience for a diverse range of clients.​

Shampoo Support Specialist
Leismy joined the Dimensional Hair Studio team in January as a Shampoo Technician, bringing with her a strong work ethic and a desire to continue learning and growing. Before joining our team, she studied and completed a program in International Business in Peru, giving her a unique background and perspective as she begins building her experience in the salon industry.
Since becoming part of Dimensional, Leismy has become a valued member of our support team, assisting our stylists and helping create a comfortable, welcoming experience for our guests. She is continuing to learn more about the beauty industry while bringing her own skills and experience to the Dimensional team.
