Terms of Service
Running Late -
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so we may provide you with the full experience you deserve. To respect the schedules of all guests, services may be abbreviated if you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Please note full-service pricing applies for shortened appointments.
No Call No Show-
We value your time — and ours. Guests who miss more than one appointment without notice will no longer be able to book online and may only schedule same-day appointments when available.
Cancellations-
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows our stylists to offer your reserved time to another guest awaiting an appointment.
Product Return Policy -
We take pride in offering high-quality professional products. If you need to return an item, unopened products may be exchanged within 48 hours of purchase.
Please note: opened or used products and returns after 48 hours are non-refundable. Also, credit will only be given towards retail nor services.
Redo Policy -
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 48 hours so we may make any necessary adjustments.
Color correction or tonal changes not related to the original service will incur an additional charge.
Hair Service Refund Policy -
At Dimensional Hair Studio, your satisfaction is always our priority. While we take great care to ensure you love your results, refunds are only considered in special circumstances when a redo appointment cannot be mutually agreed upon between client and stylist.
In such cases, partial or full refunds may be issued at the discretion of management. We believe in maintaining mutual respect and professionalism and ask that all communications remain courteous as we work toward resolution.
Payment Policy -
All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).
Please note that American Express and Vanilla gift cards are not accepted.
Returned checks or declined transactions due to insufficient funds will incur any related bank fees. A $15 processing fee will apply to any invoice that must be resent for payment.
Gratuity -
Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated. We kindly encourage cash gratuities whenever possible for your stylist’s convenience.
For a seamless checkout experience, electronic gratuities are also accepted through Venmo or Zelle.
Privacy Policy -
Your privacy is important to us. Only Dimensional Hair Studio has access to client information provided for appointments and communication purposes. Your personal information will never be sold, shared, or disclosed without your consent.
Protect Your Investment -
We are committed to the health and longevity of your hair. To ensure the best results, we recommend using professional home-care products exclusively recommended by your stylist.
Please note that we cannot guarantee color longevity or condition when non-salon products are used after your visit or when products are purchased elsewhere.
Photography Consent -
At Dimensional Hair Studio, we take pride in showcasing our artistry. With your permission, before and after photos may be used on our website, social media, or other marketing platforms.
If you prefer not to have your photo used, simply let your stylist know at the start of your appointment. Guests are always welcome to share and tag themselves in any photos we post.
