Hello and welcome to my salon! I am Nina Osborne a salon owner and stylist. While I'm from the Baltimore area I have proudly served the Columbia, Md. community of Howard County for over 35 years. As a mom of 2 boys, a stepmom to a daughter, and a grandmother of 5, I know exactly how important self-care can be. With that in mind welcoming, relaxing, and calming are words I used to design my salon and the salon experience. While having over 30 years' experience, I specialize in traditional root color, highlights, and cutting. My consistency, punctuality, and cutting style ensures the end result will remain the same until there is a desired change wanted. I'm in the salon Wednesday-Saturday but when I'm not behind the chair you can find me spending time relaxing with my husband, going to brunch with the family, or preparing for the week ahead.

Hi, it's a pleasure to meet you. I am Joe and I'm from the Catonsville area but have worked in the Columbia community for over 40 years. Joe has mastered all types of hair cutting techniques for men, women and their families. Joe has multigenerational clients within the same family. With his time spent in the hair industry, Joe is able to specialize in natural coloring, highlights, grey coverage, and perms. With his consistency in color work, he is able to keep his clients color a seamless blend. He is very engaging with his fellow co-workers and is always ready to make them laugh. He is in the salon Tuesday-Friday.

Expert in innovative cutting techniques including razor and clipper cutting. Skilled with all hair types, curly, straight, biracial, women, men, and children. She provides comprehensive consultations that include corrective and repair treatments, and product prescriptions. Customized apprenticeship program which graduated future licensed stylists. Hi, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Danielle born and raised in Columbia and was lucky enough to find a salon family here is awesome. I've been in the industry, since I was 14. Cosmetology has always been and always will be my passion. I love learning new haircuts/styles, techniques, and all things highlighted or hand painted. A few of my credentials are Global Keratin Certified Brazilian Blowout Certified, Wella Color of the World, Wella Color Trend, and Barbacide Certified. I'm in the salon on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am until 7pm. When I'm not in the salon you can find me enjoying all the family time with my two littles, Genevieve and Grady, as well as my sweet husband. Our happy place is at the beach! I find this career very rewarding, and I strive in making every client look their beautiful best. I specialize in doing highlights, color, grey blending, cuts for men and women, and dimensional color. Throughout the 30 years of being in this career, I've attended numerous classes. Some of which include Brazilian Blowout Certified, Schwarzkopf Professional Master Color, Redken Cut & Know Why Certified, Global Keratin Certified, Wella Color Trends, and Wella Color of the World. Allowing myself knowledgeable of the best techniques and trend available. I'm a mom of four and when I'm not behind the chair you can find me spending time with my family and friends. Hello, I'm Jennifer some people call me Jen. It will be nice to hopefully meet you. Jen has had a passion for hair ever since a young child every baby doll and Barbie had a haircut. They always loved their style though. She started as an assistant in a salon when she was 16 and has worked in Howard County as a stylist for over 30 years. I am the proud mother of three sons and treat every client as if they are my extended family as well. My goal is to see how happy my clients are as they leave the salon whether it's from their haircut, highlights, color, or any other service we decided together that day, our team feels like one big family and that is what I wish for my clients to feel as they belong to the salon family as well. Hello, I'm Julie L and it will be nice to have you sit in my chair. I’ve been in this beautiful industry for over five years. I feel very passionate about gray coverage, Blonding services, and a wide array of coloring techniques for a more lived in color look by blending their existing color to give a client the feel of color with low maintenance. I think people would best describe me as a caring, friendly, helpful, and positive person. When I’m not behind the chair you can find me with my family as we prepare for our first bundle of joy arriving in October. When I return from leave I will be behind the chair on Fridays and Saturdays.
