*Are walk-ins available?
No. Scalp spa services are by appointment only.
*When are Scalp Spa services available?
Scalp Spa services are available Sundays 12 PM - 4 PM and Mondays 10 AM - 6PM at Dimensional Hair Studio.
*Can I have my hair colored before or after the service?
No Chemical Service 1 week prior and 1 week post treatment.
*Will my color fade after the Scalp Spa?
A small amount of color molecules may rinse away, especially with:

For best results, we recommend every 8-10 weeks to maintain a healthy scalp environment.

Yes. The treatment helps remove product buildup, oil, and environmental debris from the scalp.

*Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?
No. Please arrive with dry hair so we can properly analyze your scalp before the treatment.
*Can I have extensions or braids and still have the Scalp Spa treatment?
Unfortunately, no you can not have extensions or braids. We can not perform the steps to provide the best service.
*Can I get this service if I'm pregnant?
You can receive this service while in your first trimester. After is not recommended because of laying on your back for to long
